What is NDIS Support Coordination? 

NDIS Support Coordination is a vital service that assists NDIS participants in maximizing the benefits and support available through their NDIS plans. Our dedicated support coordinators act as your trusted partners, helping you understand your plan, connecting you with service providers, and ensuring you receive the appropriate support and resources to achieve your goals. 

What if I don't have Support Coordination funding? 

Support coordination can be asked for during your NDIS planning process. Contact your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or the NDIS for more information by clicking here.

What level of Support Coordination can Next Level Disability Supports offer?

Next Level Disability offers two levels of Support Coordination in an NDIS plan: 

Level 1: Support connection. 

· Understand your NDIS plan

· Connect with broader systems of support

· Connect with providers. 

Level 2: Coordination of Supports (COS). 

· Coordination of supports helps a participant design and build their supports. 

· Coordination of Supports aims to empower participants in directing their lives, encompassing more than just managing services. It entails collaboratively working to comprehend funding, a participants' service expectations, and their desired design for these lifestyle supports.

· In addition, support coordinators guide participants, assisting them in cultivating and nurturing a network of both formal and informal support.

Once you have selected Next Level Disability Supports as your Support Coordination provider and filled out our online referral form by clicking here, you can submit it to our Support Coordination team. This allows us to assess the level of support and services you require. 

Our team will promptly contact you within two days of receiving your referral to schedule a meeting within the next five days.
